1. Service Agreement 

• By scheduling a service, you authorize Pure Bubbles Carpet Cleaning, LLC to perform carpet cleaning or related services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

• Our services are conducted based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information about the areas and types of materials to be cleaned. 

2. Pricing and Payments 

• All pricing estimates are provided based on the information available and may be subject to change upon assessment of the area and the condition of the materials to be cleaned. 

• The final price will be confirmed before the start of work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

• We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment as determined and agreed upon with the customer at the time of service. 

3. Cancellation Policy 

• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled without charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. 

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50, unless otherwise agreed. 

• No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged a minimum fee. 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee 

• We stand by the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results, please contact us within 48 hours so that we may re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. 

• This guarantee does not cover new stains, wear and tear, or any damage not related to our service. 

5. Customer Responsibilities 

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and free from any obstructions, including breakables, valuables, and heavy furniture. 

• Pure Bubbles Carpet Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for moving large or fragile items unless explicitly agreed in advance and documented. 

6. Stain and Damage Liability 

• While we make every effort to remove stains, certain stains may be permanent, and complete removal is not guaranteed. 

• Pure Bubbles Carpet Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, wear, or damage to carpets, upholstery, or flooring. Our technicians will advise on visible risks before starting the service. 

• By engaging our services, you acknowledge that certain stains, damage, or adverse conditions may exist which are beyond the control of our cleaning process. 

7. Pet and Allergy Concerns 

• It is the responsibility of the customer to inform our staff of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products used in our process. We offer alternative cleaning options for allergy concerns upon request. 

• Pet stains and odors may not always be fully removable, especially if not treated immediately or if they have soaked deeply into carpets or subflooring. 

8. Privacy Policy 

• Pure Bubbles Carpet Cleaning, LLC respects your privacy and handles your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share, sell, or disclose any customer information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

• Pure Bubbles Carpet Cleaning, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. 

• Our liability for damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service provided. 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review these terms regularly for updates.
